For a new product, a new line, or a new market, we help structure and guide the whole path. We assess the full scope step by step and build a start-to-finish model with your team, covering market and product definition, compliance and labeling, material preparation, equipment, packaging and logistics, budget, and schedule. Then we manage it through to the first saleable product, from raw material to a compliant product ready for market.
We work on the plant floor and in the shop. Scope is written before mobilization — time and materials or a not-to-exceed, depending on the job.
